“We have 4 grandchildren that spend much time with us since they live next door. Our furniture had soda, milk, pizza etc on all the arms and pillows. “They did an excellent job cleaning my ceramic tile and grout and then sealing the grout in my kitchen, walk-in coat closet, pantry, and powder room. John Foster arrived promptly within the estimated time frame and was able to clean, dry and seal all the areas (over 300 square feet) as well as make a grout repair in less than two hours. I’m extremely pleased with the results. When the job was done John clearly explained what to do/not to do immediately after as well as how to maintain the tile and grout over the long term. “The man who came was very efficient and did an excellent job. I was very pleased with his work. The only problem I had was when I booked the job Jolynn said she knew exactly where the house was and when the man got there he said he did not know if the hoses were going to go that far because the bungalow was in a court and we were 5 houses up the court,,. “Even though they gave a window of 2 hours (10-12), the crew was at my door at 10am on the dot. I was very impressed and appreciated that. They were very handy in moving furniture and placing it back. I would have liked a little more effort in removing stains. I understand the color dye in juice has a certain effect on carpets but, I had another company that put more effort and minimized it to almost invisible. In any event, I am pleased with the service and would use this company again.” Lakewood, NJ
